Job Description:

Vogue Jewellery Sales Associates need to be open & flexible to all aspects of the day to day running of a professional, elegant jewellery business.
This ranges from being creative for shop & window displays, having pride in maintaining a clean, appealing environment for your guests, vigilance for security, sales & negotiation ability, being numerate, reliable & trustworthy.

Your product knowledge will be diverse due to the variety of materials used in our collection, the extensive range of designs on offer, and the capability of our in-house goldsmith team to be able to create or adjust an item. 
In addition, you will have a winning combination of customer interaction skills, your natural flair for successful sales & an excellent, charming customer service manner.

Typical work activities at Vogue can include:

Setting up imaginative shop & window displays.
Cleaning & polishing of items 
Stock control
Approaching, greeting customers & providing hospitality
Dealing with your customers’ enquiries & discussing the customers range of options 
Sketching out design ideas to help the customer visualise the finished item
Closing sales
Cashiering & Figure reporting
Ordering & arranging special deliveries 
Attending occasional jewellery/wedding fairs
Local business networking – to help promote our business in the local business community.
Assisting your colleagues when ever necessary to maximise every customer’s sales potential and to support the needs of the business as and when required.

Shop Manager: Full Time. With previous Jewellery Retail Management experience.

Experienced Sales Advisors Full Time / Part Time possible
With jewellery industry experience & proven success in jewellery sales.

Trainee Sales Advisors: Full Time. Preferably with some retail sales & customer service experience. Willing to learn, reliable, confident.

Salaries will consist of basic pay & commission, with uncapped earning potential based on sales performance.
