At Vogue Diamond, we do not offer the actual insurance, but we definitely can provide to you, the documentation needed to present to your insurance company so that they can properly insure your item.  The documentation that we would provide, would be free of charge on a new purchase and there would only be a small charge for updates needed, over the following years.  Many items can be insured by presenting the actual receipt to your insurance company. On cases where this is not accepted, we can create the documentation.

Vogue Diamond only utilises sterling silver, one of the most beautiful and lustrous of all metals. Sterling silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. With the right care, your silver will retain its beauty and character for many generations to come.

Sterling silver tarnishes, especially when exposed to salt air and products containing sulfur, such as rubber bands and some papers. However, silver that is worn regularly, usually needs less care, hence Vogue Diamond strongly encourages you to wear your silver every day.

Drop a small amount of Vogue Diamond’s silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub it on the silver several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, retaining the appearance of your sterling silver as brand new. Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.

An oxidized finish is the deliberate blackening of crevices in the ornamentation of a silver object to make its decorative details stand out with more clarity. Take good care as this finish can be removed by excessive cleaning and polishing.

To clean diamonds, use a mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia  (6:1 ratio) and apply with a soft bristle brush.

If worn frequently, pearls should be cleaned and restrung professionally once a year. Between cleanings, wipe pearls gently with a damp cloth.

Yes, the Vogue Diamond Certificate is supported by a Full Lifetime Warranty, which is our written promise that the information on the Vogue Diamond Certificate is true at the point of sale. The warranty states that if, at any point in the life of the purchaser, it is ever discovered that the diamond differs in quality from what the Vogue Diamond Certificate states at the time of purchase, Vogue will either offer a full refund or replace the diamond with a diamond matching the correct quality stated on the certificate or better.

We offer complimentary resizing for all Vogue purchases. To have your ring resized, visit the store with your ring or use the complimentary shipping label included with your purchase to send it out for resizing. While there are not restrictions on resizing, we do not recommend resizing your ring multiple times.
